After You Apply



What does my application status mean? Applied: under review. Approved: you got in. Waitlisted: backup if spots open. Confirmed: approved and paid.


I was waitlisted — what now? You'll auto-move to Approved if a spot opens. No action needed — we'll email you the moment your status changes.


How do I message the host with questions? Open the event from your dashboard and click Message Host — your conversation lives in Vendor → Inbox.


When will I know my booth assignment? Hosts assign booths once you're approved and paid. You'll get an email with your booth number and location.


Can I cancel my application or get a refund? Yes — open your application and click Cancel. Refund eligibility depends on the host's policy and how close to the event you are.
