Where can I message my vendors? All vendor messages live at Organizer → Inbox, organized by event with status pills showing application state.
What do the status pills in my inbox mean? The pill next to each thread shows that vendor's current status (Applied, Approved, Waitlisted, Confirmed) so you have context.
Can vendors message me before they apply? Yes, if you enable "Pre-application questions" in Event Settings. Off by default to keep your inbox focused on applicants.
How do I silence or block a vendor? Open their thread, click the menu, and choose Silence (mute notifications) or Block (prevent further messages).
Can I send a message to all my approved vendors at once? Yes — open the event, go to Communications → Broadcast, and send an announcement to filtered vendor groups.
