How does vendor check-in work? Open the event on your phone or app, tap Check-In, and scan each vendor's booth QR code as they arrive.

How do I print vendor badges? Open the event, go to Badges, choose a badge sheet template (Avery sizes supported), and print directly from your browser.

How do I see who's on-site and at which booth? Open the event and check the Roster panel — it shows live check-in status, booth assignments, and attendee counts.

Can vendors invite their own booth staff? Yes — once approved, vendors can add staff from their dashboard. Staff get their own QR codes for check-in.
