How do I connect my Stripe account to receive payments? Go to Settings → Payments and click "Connect Stripe" — it takes about 5 minutes and you only need to do it once.
How do I set booth prices? Set prices per booth or per booth type in Venue Map. You can also charge custom fees per vendor in their application drawer.
Can I charge different prices for different vendors? Yes — open any vendor's application and set a custom fee, override the standard price, or apply a discount.
How do I mark a vendor as paid manually (cash, check, Venmo)? Open their application, scroll to Payment, and click "Mark as Paid Offline" — add a note for your records.
How do refunds work? Open the application, click Refund — full or partial refunds are processed through Stripe back to the original payment method.
When do payouts arrive in my bank account? Stripe pays out 2 business days after the customer's payment clears, on a rolling daily schedule.
